I have been Starbucks free for two weeks and counting.

I have been caffeine free for one week and counting.

And this wasn’t even a planned thing.

But hey, if you got a good thing going, stick with it, right?

My end goal isn’t being caffeine free. It is enjoying caffeine in moderation.

But I feel that going cold turkey first is the best way to be able to truly enjoy in moderation eventually.

Unfortunately this means that I have to find a new “drink” when at the bars. Bars don’t exactly keep Caffeine Free Diet Coke on hand.  Until I discover said drink, I guess I will be the sober driver or pregame.

Here’s to 2012. The year of Pigs Flying!
